Our Unlimited IT Remote Support Plan is designed to give you control over your IT budget. For the price of a stamp per day, we will get you working again when IT issues occur. A fixed monthly price covers all remote support and provides proactive monitoring of your PCs.

Proactive

We even monitor your PC to ensure it stays in optimal condition. We receive a daily report of your computer’s health and are instantly alerted should it encounter a problem. Early warning allows us to take remedial action before catastrophe strikes.

What Does It Cost?

£9.99 (+ VAT) per PC per month
Total monthly amount is payable by standing order before 25th of each month in advance
1 months notice is required of termination after initial 4 month period.

What is Not Included?

Server PCs cannot be covered by this plan. We have a separate service available for servers - more information here.

On site IT support. We make every effort to resolve problems remotely, but sometimes we might need to attend on site to resolve a problem. Alternatively you can bring your PC to our premises and we have a range of fixed costs for repairs.

Discount for on site support. If we do have to attend on site, under this Support Plan you would receive a 20% discount (normally 15%) on our normal hourly rate.

Peripheral components such as printers or routers. We will do our best to assist with such problems, but remote support of these is often difficult.

Is there a lengthy contract?

We ask for an initial 4 month contract - after that we only require one full month’s notice of termination.
This is your guarantee of great service - each month we have to provide outstanding service to you. We prefer to keep clients by ensuring we do a great job rather than tie you in to lengthy contracts.
