Should your server encounter a issue we will be notified immediately and can begin to take corrective action. Potential problems can also be identified and rectified before they result in server downtime.

You can chose from two levels of ServerAssist support.

Level 1 - An Ounce of Prevention

A once-daily safety check for your server covering the basic fundamentals of your system. Anti-virus definitions, disk space, Exchange store size and hacker attempts are all reported on and any issues highlighted. Level 2 - Proactive and In Control

Round the clock monitoring of your server and associated systems. In addition to Level 1 checks, we monitor internet connectivity, Windows services, server performance and any RAID arrays. We’ll know as soon as there’s a problem and can see the exact cause, resulting in a fast fix and minimum downtime. Learn more.
